We are seeking an Organizational Development Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Human Resources department, you will be responsible for designing and implementing learning strategies and plans that address the needs of our employees.

In this role, you will work closely with management to identify training needs and develop programs that enhance employee performance and productivity. You will also be responsible for creating engaging and interactive training materials, as well as conducting training sessions for employees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement learning strategies and plans based on employee needs assessments
  • Create engaging and interactive training materials, including facilitator guides and participant workbooks
  • Conduct training sessions for employees, either in-person or virtually
  • Collaborate with management to identify training needs and develop programs to address them

Requirements**

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or related field
  • At least 1 year of experience in training and development, preferably in a hospitality industry setting
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
