Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement competitive total rewards programs, including salary structures, benefits, incentives, and recognition programs.
- Conduct benchmarking and market analysis to ensure compensation and benefits remain competitive and aligned with industry standards.
- Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to design cost-effective rewards strategies that support employee retention and motivation.
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and international best practices in compensation and benefits.
Requirements:
- 5 years minimum experience in OD and Total Rewards
- Highly skilled in performance management
- Must be located in UAE
