Key Responsibilities:
- Reconcile invoices and identify discrepancies to ensure accurate financial records.
- Prepare and update expense reports to facilitate reimbursement and financial planning.
- Process reimbursement forms and maintain accurate financial records.
- Prepare bank deposits and ensure timely financial transactions.
- Enter financial transactions into internal databases to maintain accurate financial records.
- Maintain digital and physical financial records, ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
- Issue invoices to customers and external partners as needed, ensuring timely payment and revenue collection.
- Review and file payroll documents, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Participate in quarterly and annual audits to ensure financial accuracy and compliance.
Requirements and Skills:
- 2-3 years of experience as an Accounting Assistant or Accounting Clerk, preferably in a contracting or trading company.
- Familiarity with finance regulations and compliance requirements.
- Hands-on experience with MS Excel and accounting software, including data analysis and financial reporting.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a relevant field, with a strong understanding of financial principles and practices.
