- Strong people orientation and results-driven mindset.
- Proven experience with Human Resources metrics.
- Familiarity with HR systems and databases.
- Ability to develop strategic plans alongside leadership capabilities.
- Exceptional active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Competence in building and effectively managing interpersonal relationships at all organizational levels.
- Thorough understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
