Nathan HR Human Resources is seeking a highly skilled HR Specialist to join our team in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Compliance and Governance: Ensure adherence to UAE labor laws, company policies, and best practices.
  • Payroll and Benefits: Handle payroll processes, including salary calculations, deductions, and timely disbursements, as well as administer employee benefits such as health insurance, leave entitlements, and other perks.
  • Employee Records and Data: Maintain accurate employee records, including personal details, employment history, and performance evaluations.
  • HR Policy Enforcement: Enforce HR policies consistently across the organization and educate managers and employees about policies and procedures.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Generate management reports related to HR metrics, workforce planning, and employee engagement.
  • Talent Management: Monitor attrition rates, implement strategies to retain talent, and collaborate with managers to address employee concerns and improve job satisfaction.
  • Recruitment and Onboarding: Forecast hiring needs, ensure a smooth recruitment process, and coordinate with vendors.
  • Leave Management: Manage Leave records for employees efficiently year on year and generate reports for management.
  • Performance Management: Plan and conduct performance review sessions with line managers.
  • HR Administration: Maintain organizational charts and detailed job descriptions along with salary records.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources or a relevant field.
  • Minimum 4-7 years of proven work experience as an HR Specialist or HR Generalist.
  • Solid understanding of UAE labor legislation and Payroll process.
  • Familiarity with full-cycle recruiting.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good problem-solving abilities.
