Human Resources Coordinator

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Coordinator to join our team at Accor. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the HR department, ensuring the smooth operation of HR processes and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Organize and coordinate HR-related activities, including colleague committee meetings, team gatherings, and town hall meetings.
- Assist colleagues with their day-to-day queries and questions, providing timely and effective support.
- Process HR-related documents, including ID cards, visa renewals, and employee index updates.
- Liaise with travel agencies to arrange business travel and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Prepare and issue monthly colleague newsletters and maintain HR noticeboards.
- Ensure the tracking and renewal of dependent visas and process HR-related letters and certificates.
- Prepare weekly schedules and monthly timesheets, updating vacations in OASYS and tracking ticket utilization.
- Responsible for processing Future log orders for the HR team and handling leavers process, including clearance, visa cancellation, and final payment.
- Follow up and track Code of Ethics acknowledgements and assist with GRAA requests from departments.
- File and maintain documents in colleague personal files and maintain systematic order of the HR shared drive.
- Responsible for assisting and organizing monthly engagement activities with the team.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a similar HR role within a 5-star hotel is desirable.
- Post-secondary school education is required.
