About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our team as a Senior Sales Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth across our portfolio of brands, managing top client accounts, and leading the commercial charge on our flagship brand.

You will work closely with our editorial and marketing teams to conceptualize and sell integrated advertising and sponsorship packages, including branded content, product integrations, and display solutions. To excel in this role, you will need to be confident in your ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment and take a proactive approach to growing advertising revenue and consistently hitting targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth across our portfolio of brands
  • Manage top client accounts and build strong relationships with key decision-makers
  • Lead the commercial charge on our flagship brand, including conceptualizing and selling integrated advertising and sponsorship packages
  • Work closely with editorial and marketing teams to develop and implement sales strategies
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A minimum of three years' experience in media sales, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales performance and identify areas for improvement
  • Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of motivation and drive
  • Up-to-date knowledge of the logistics industry and its trends
