This role may be suitable for you if you have:

  • A degree or honors (12+3 or equivalent)
  • 12+ years of experience in in-flight service, in-flight catering
  • 5 years of relevant experience in the areas of airline guest experience and product design
  • 7 years of preferably experience in an airline flight operations position
  • 3 years of preferably experience in cabin crew training management function

You will have an advantage if you are:

  • Skilled in delivering large cross-functional projects across several stakeholders and departments with a key focus on customer experience
  • Well-versed in service, hospitality, design, and technology in the aviation industry
  • Able to understand the multifaceted aspects of delivering a unique guest experience (technology, guest experience, sales, brand, and marketing)
  • Strong in entrepreneurial and strategic thinking as well as analytical skills
  • Experienced in solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills, business and communication experience preferred
  • Excellent in client-facing and internal communication skills
  • Educated to degree level or have equivalent work experience
  • Hold a program management qualification and/or relevant expertise
  • Able to understand the airline regulatory environment and restrictions
  • Have a broad understanding of airline planning and operations
  • Experienced in managing 3rd party supplier contracts and service-level agreements
  • Experienced in the hospitality industry
  • Experienced in product design development
