  • Negotiating and managing contracts
  • Ensuring smooth communication between clients and internal teams
  • Providing timely and accurate client services
  • Preparing progress reports and assisting in marketing efforts

Requirements include:

  • 1-3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Proficiency in English (oral and written), and any other language would be advantageous
  • Excellent communication and customer-handling skills
  • Advanced computer skills
  • Smart, professional appearance and ability to work under pressure
