- Supporting Projects
- Work with company teams to deliver products on time and as promised.
- Be the go-to person for clients during sales and delivery.
- Share feedback about projects and market trends with the company.
- Market Research and Reporting
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.
- Keep records of sales and client interactions.
- Report on sales performance and market conditions regularly.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in export sales and scaffolding.
- Proven track record of securing large-scale projects and meeting sales targets.
- Strong knowledge of scaffolding systems and industrial applications.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
- Results-driven with a strong customer focus.
- Self-starter with excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Capable of adapting to diverse cultural and business environments.
- Fluency in English is mandatory; knowledge of French or Arabic is a plus.
- Willingness and ability to travel extensively across Africa and MEA regions.
