- Market Analysis and Reporting: Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer needs, providing regular sales progress and market analysis reports to the company.
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree or higher, major not limited to power systems, energy management, or related fields.
- Work Experience: More than 5 years of working experience in new energy storage or photovoltaic and wind power development, working experience in Chinese enterprises preferred.
- Policy Knowledge: Familiar with national and regional power grid policies, energy regulations, and market trends.
- Technical Background: Possesses background in power systems and energy storage technologies, able to understand and explain both technical and business solutions to clients.
- Communication and Negotiation Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills, able to work effectively with clients and team members.
- Language Skills: Fluent in English, capable of conducting technical and business negotiations, proficiency in Chinese is a plus.
