We are seeking a seasoned Global Sales Director to spearhead our international sales efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies that drive business growth and expansion in the global market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Strategy Development: Formulate and implement sales strategies based on market demand, promoting market development and project implementation of utility-scale BESS products.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Identify, follow up with, and close potential clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Technical and Business Solution Support: Provide in-depth understanding of utility-scale BESS business solutions, working closely with the technical team to offer customized solutions for clients.
  • Market Analysis and Reporting: Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer needs, providing regular sales progress and market analysis reports to the company.
Requirements:
  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree or higher, major not limited to power systems, energy management, or related fields.
  • Work Experience: More than 5 years of working experience in new energy storage or photovoltaic and wind power development, working experience in Chinese enterprises preferred.
  • Policy Knowledge: Familiar with national and regional power grid policies, energy regulations, and market trends.
  • Technical Background: Possesses background in power systems and energy storage technologies, able to understand and explain both technical and business solutions to clients.
  • Communication and Negotiation Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills, able to work effectively with clients and team members.
  • Language Skills: Fluent in English, capable of conducting technical and business negotiations, proficiency in Chinese is a plus.
