Your Role:
As a Sales Operations Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting our sales team to drive business growth and success. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the sales team, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence.
- Documentation and Reporting: Proofread Technical Offers and ensure documentation is complete. Generate and distribute regular and ad hoc sales reports, including pipeline reports, sales forecasts, and performance metrics.
- Tender Management: Monitor on-going and upcoming tenders to ensure timely and effective responses.
- Sales Process Improvement: Assist in sales processes, tools, and best practices to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- IB Data Management: Support in analyzing and flagging key IB milestones and manage IB data.
- Customer Management: Ensure that customer data is up-to-date and accurate and manage the distribution of customer information to the sales team.
Your Expertise:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Education: A Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in a sales operations, sales support, or related role.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel), and other sales tools.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and provide actionable insights.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization.
- Organizational Skills: Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
- Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work.
- Team Player: Ability to work effectively as part of a team and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with Sales Tools: Experience with sales tools, such as CPQ, One Library, and data visualization tools like Power BI.
- Sales Process Methodologies: Knowledge of sales process methodologies and experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
