About the Position
  • Develop and implement sales plans to achieve business objectives and increase revenue.
  • Recruit, hire, and train new agents to expand the team and enhance sales capabilities.
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to the team to ensure they meet sales targets and exceed customer expectations.
  • Foster relationships with brokers, agents, and clients to identify new business opportunities.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field.
  • Proven 3-5 years of experience as a Sales Manager in the Real Estate Industry.
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team.
  • Strong negotiation skills and experience with closing real estate deals.
  • Valid UAE Driving License.
