As a representative of the Company, you will be a proactive Sales professional who ensures compliance with all procedures set by the Headquarters and manages Store Staff to ensure efficient store operations.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Attract, recruit, develop, retain, and engage customers to drive sales and revenue growth
* Implement action plans to achieve general targets and profit and loss (P&L) goals
* Communicate high-quality feedback and reporting to HQ and/or staff
* Monitor the business environment, including local competition, to stay ahead of the market
* Identify, attract, recruit, develop, and retain top talent to drive business success
* Motivate and challenge the team on a regular basis to achieve excellence
* Create development plans for sales staff and management to enhance skills and knowledge
* Promote the brand's culture internally and externally to build a strong brand image
* Ensure store atmosphere upholds brand image and provides an exceptional customer experience
* Build a network of influential people in the local and international luxury business to develop customer loyalty
* Ensure all processes are in compliance with legal, safety, internal requirements, sustainability, HR, and stock organization

**Requirements**

* 3 to 5 years of successful experience in a managerial position
* High sensitivity to customers' experience and loyalty
* Exceptional interpersonal skills, persuasiveness, and precision
* Adaptability, openness, risk-taking, dynamic, listening abilities, and curiosity
* High availability and responsiveness
* Product and Fashion sensitivity
* Mastering computer skills (Word and Excel)
