**Job description**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Reports directly to the Managing Director.
- Perform **Bank Reconciliation** and manage office **Petty Cash** and cash flow.
- Make Proposal for clients.
- Issue **VAT Invoices** and official receipts.
- Coordinate with the insurance broker for company insurance policy renewal, including the addition and deletion of members.
- Maintain and update files, ensuring timely retrieval of relevant information.
- Provide administrative support to other staff members as required.
- Ensure smooth coordination of incoming and outgoing information across various business functions.
- Assist management with day-to-day **administrative** and **secretarial tasks**.
- Ensure that all documents sent/received are securely stored and readily accessible.
- Maintain office filing systems, including databases, correspondence files, and mailing lists.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Prior experience in a similar role is preferred.
- Proficiency in office software and filing systems.
- Familiar with **Tally Software.**:

- **Preferred those who can join Immediately.**

Office Location: SJ Tower, Airport Road, Abu Dhabi, UAE.
