- **The Leasing and Site Acquisition Executive is a vital player in the company's growth trajectory,**_
- **specifically for the Joud Coffee brand. This role involves identifying and securing prime retail**_
- **locations, ensuring alignment with the brand's vision and growth objectives. With a sharp focus**_
- **on business development and an in-depth understanding of the real estate market, this**_
- **executive will champion the brand's expansion efforts.**_

Job Responsibilities:
1.Strategic Expansion & Business Development for Joud Coffee:

- Formulate and execute strategies to expand Joud Coffee's footprint in new and existing markets.
- Secure new sites and properties for Joud Coffee in line with its development plans.
- Initiate and maintain essential contracts, site selection, and budgets, ensuring the

brand's optimal market presence.
- Secure prime spaces in malls and street locations whenever possible, emphasizing the brand's prominence.

2.Site Acquisition & Lease Management:

- Scout, evaluate, and secure prime retail locations, including malls, high streets, and other strategic sites.
- Manage the leasing contract and legal documentation process for new Joud Coffee stores and renovations.
- Collaborate with the Operations team, providing property insights and advice during the brand's expansion planning phase.
- Oversee internal processes to obtain brand approvals and feasibility analysis sign
- offs.

3.Lease Negotiation & Legal Consultancy:

- Lead lease negotiations for Joud Coffee, ensuring competitive rates and favourable terms.
- Offer expert advice on the legal aspects of lease agreements, ensuring compliance and safeguarding the company's interests.
- Address and resolve any lease-related issues or disputes in collaboration with the legal department.

4.Brand Market Mapping & Commercial Analysis:

- Oversee brand market mapping initiatives for Joud Coffee, pinpointing potential growth areas and market opportunities.
- Conduct in-depth commercial analyses of potential sites, presenting detailed cost and investment breakdowns to the Managing Director.

5.Project Handover:

- Complete the 'new site package' meticulously, ensuring all necessary details and documentation are in place.
- Seamlessly hand over the secured sites to the Projects team for further development and store setup.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Bachelor’s degree in business, Real Estate, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in retail leasing, site acquisition, or a similar role, preferably with a focus on food and beverage brands.
- Strong negotiation skills and a proven track record of securing prime retail locations.
- Comprehensive understanding of the real estate market and commercial lease agreements.
- Ability to analyze commercial opportunities and present detailed investment analyses.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

**Salary**: AED9,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
