Supplier research
- Market research and preparation of preliminary proposals for a new restaurant
- Conducting tastings for new products (food and drinks)
- Conducting tenders, comparative price analysis
- Consistent market research and identification of new suppliers, price negotiation and contract signing with proper documentation
- Search for suppliers by category: food, drinks, consumables, technological equipment
- Creation and approval, as well as adjustment, if necessary, APL by product categories
- Search for services contractors, approval with the general director of the restaurant
Work with approved suppliers
- Quality control of supplied products through communication with the chef and the management team of restaurants, correction of violations when identified when interacting with suppliers
- Monitoring compliance with sanitary standards in the warehouses of suppliers and in the logistics of goods
- Order management, coordination of order norms with the restaurant management team
- Management and organization of document flow in the supply of goods
- Monthly cash usage report for purchases outside the approved APL
Operational management
- Entering approved recipes into approved company systems
- Recipe Deviation Analysis
- Conducting inventory in the warehouse
- Management of the security process in the warehouse: disinfestation, deratization, filling in the necessary and approved journals accepted in the UAE
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
