Job Title: Sales Development Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Manager to join our team at GroupM. As a Sales Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with key decision-makers, and delivering presentations that showcase our services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to acquire new clients and expand existing relationships
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and opportunities
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and influencers
  • Deliver presentations and proposals to clients and prospects
  • Manage and track sales pipeline and performance metrics

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of sales experience in a business-to-business (B2B) setting
  • Proven track record of success in sales development and business growth
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
