Strategic Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Consultant Manager to join our team at myGwork. As a key member of our consulting team, you will be responsible for leading key accounts, generating new business, and delivering consulting assignments in the people and organization experience strategies domain.
Key Responsibilities- Account Management: Lead key accounts and develop strategic plans to generate new or add-on business and services through cross-selling.
- Consulting Delivery: Manage and deliver consulting assignments primarily in the people and organization experience strategies domain, including people experience strategy, health & wellbeing, diversity, equity & inclusion, and organizational design.
- Project Management: Communicate and work closely with project/program teams to ensure clear understanding of deliverables, deadlines, and measurement criteria for project proposals.
- Risk Management: Monitor progress towards project objectives and KPIs, effectively managing project risks and opportunities.
- Quality Assurance: Review team work to ensure high-quality output aligned with scope of work, delivered on time and within budget to meet client expectations.
- Client Engagement: Engage with clients to align on work plans and deliverables and build strong, trusted relationships.
- Proposal Development: Proactively manage the drafting of proposals and participate in proposal pitches to convert pipelines into secured wins.
- Research and Thought Leadership: Develop research, thought leadership, and data collection to understand client's current ways of working and operating.
- Operational Systems: Ensure all consulting operational systems, such as Salesforce and FinancialForce, are updated, monitored, and maintained.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration, psychology, or any other relevant field.
- Experience: 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Language Skills: Impeccable communication skills in English and Arabic.
- Project Delivery: Proven track record in delivering projects on-time, on-budget within scope that exceeds stakeholder expectations.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with common business software, project management tools, and methodologies.
- Travel: Ability and willingness for frequent travel within the GCC and Middle East.
- MENA Experience: MENA experience is highly desirable.
