  4. Manage change initiatives and ensure seamless implementation of organizational changes.
  5. Develop and implement employee engagement strategies to enhance the employee experience and drive business outcomes.
  6. Provide expert advice and guidance on HR-related matters to senior management and other stakeholders.
Requirements
  1. Master's Degree or equivalent in Human Resources or a related field from a recognized university.
  2. Relevant certification/s from globally recognized certification agencies in the related field would be preferred.
  3. 9 - 12 years of relevant HR work experience in a multilateral development bank, international development sector, or private sector.
  4. In-depth experience in organizational design and development.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex information in an engaging way.
  6. Relevant experience in a multicultural or international development work environment.
  7. Demonstrated experience in working with and influencing management and other stakeholders on HR matters.
  8. Very strong analytical skills, with MS Excel and HR systems (SAP HR desirable).
