We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Residential Sales Director to join our team at ALDAR. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth and achieving targets in the residential portfolio.
Key Responsibilities- Sales Performance: Own and achieve residential sales targets as per ALDAR's residential portfolio.
- Post-Sales Support: Assist in the execution of post-sales activities.
- Sales Team Support: Support the sales team in the following activities:
- Source and connect with potential buyers through push and pull sourcing.
- Actively search for clients and leads, and update CRM on a daily basis with all leads and listings.
- Conduct site visits and prepare presentations.
- Issue sales proposals to potential tenants.
- Quarterly Sales Targets: Own quarterly sales targets as per the annual overall sales target.
- Unit Handover: Coordinate unit handover process with Property Management and other relevant parties.
- Documentation: Prepare all necessary documentation for completion of residential sales and leasing contracts.
- Client Database: Develop client database and update CRM.
- Contract Updates: Update contracts in case of mortgage, re-sales, and other changes, and coordinate with Document Control.
Min of 5+ years in residential real estate sales with a track record of sales success.
