Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Receptionist to join our team at Premier Inn Hotels LLC. As a key member of our Front Office department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, managing reservations and cancellations, and ensuring the smooth operation of the reception area.

Main Responsibilities
  • Greet and welcome guests, visitors, and suppliers in a warm and timely manner, providing a high level of customer service in line with our brand standards.
  • Answer guest-related queries and provide information on promotions, room prices, activities, and events in the surrounding area to ensure accurate and up-to-date information is provided to guests.
  • Ensure payments are made in accordance with cash handling procedures and process reservations and cancellations accurately and efficiently.
  • Identify corporate leads and build long-term relationships with our guests.
  • Drive online name mentions and promote customer feedback to ensure our guests have a positive experience.
  • Understand online guest feedback and explore options for improvement to enhance our services.
  • Carry out general office duties, including correspondence, emails, and filing, to ensure the smooth running of the reception area.
  • Maintain appropriate stock of supplies and reception stationery.
  • Effectively communicate with all departments on guest requests and complaints to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Ensure the safety of all guests in line with safety procedures and guidelines.

Qualifications
  • Minimum of one year's experience as a Hotel Receptionist in the Front Office department of a hotel.
  • Knowledge of Opera (PMS) system.
  • Arabic language speaking, writing, and reading skills.
