Che cosa farò?
In qualità di Receptionist, dovrà fornire servizi di reception agli ospiti, contribuendo a offrire un'esperienza eccellente dal check-in al check-out e resoconti completi, come richiesto. Le Receptionist contribuiscono a plasmare le prime impressioni dei nostri ospiti e, pertanto, devono svolgere le seguenti mansioni mantenendo sempre gli standard più elevati:
- Contribuire a rispondere positivamente alle domande degli ospiti in modo tempestivo ed efficace
- Garantire agli ospiti un'efficace esperienza alla reception, ad esempio con check-in/check-out, e completare le procedure contabili come richiesto
- Fare in modo che il Responsabile del Front Office e i supervisori della reception siano informati di qualsiasi riscontro significativo da parte dei clienti o di altri reparti
- Offrire costantemente un servizio clienti di alta qualitÃ
- Frequentare corsi di formazione adeguati, se necessario, e fornire assistenza per la formazione del personale notturno e tramite sforzi per lo sviluppo
- Conoscere a fondo tutte le categorie di camere, le tariffe, i pacchetti, le promozioni e altre informazioni generali sui prodotti che siano necessarie per svolgere mansioni quotidiane
- Aumentare al massimo il tasso di occupazione delle camere e utilizzare tecniche di upselling per promuovere i servizi e le strutture dell'hotel
- Seguire le procedure corrette relative all'accettazione di valute straniere, carte di credito e contanti, in linea con le norme sul credito dell'hotel
- Rispettare le norme di sicurezza e antincendio dell'hotel, nonché tutte le normative in merito a salute e sicurezza
- Agire in linea con norme e procedure quando si lavora con attrezzature a contatto con il pubblico e sistemi di gestione della proprietÃ
- Rispettare gli standard del marchio
- Fornire assistenza ad altri reparti, se necessario
