Arabic Receptionist

Our client is a management consultancy based in Abu Dubai, looking to hire a **Temporary Receptionist for a 6 months contract who can join immediately, with a possibility to be extended to a 1-year or 2-year contract, depending on performance.**
**Responsibilities**
- Meeting and greeting guests
- **Receiving calls and transferring to the correct consultant/person**:
- Updating contact lists
- **Arranging company courier and** tracking inbound and outgoing courier
- Ordering business cards for the team
- **Managing conference room bookings**:
- Managing the office facilities with vendors
- Processing office invoices for payment
- **Maintaining and ordering office supplies** of coffee, water, marketing materials, and stationery (filing room supplies, letterheads, envelopes) in coordination with office boy.
- Responsible for updating records in the G Drive like: passport, emirates ID, new amex card request, birthday list, etc
- **Flights, hotels, cars, and restaurant bookings**:
- Printing and binding of documents for clients
- Any other administrative support required by the team
**Qualifications**:
- **At least 2 years of experience as a Receptionist in the UAE.**:
- **Fluency in Arabic language is preferred.**:
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Efficient, able to prioritize, and can handle multiple tasks.
- Enthusiastic, Self-motivated, and can work with less supervision.
- Proficient with Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
**Location**: Aldar HQ Building. Abu Dhabi
**Timings**: Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm
**Job Type**: Temporary
Contract length: 6 months
**Salary**: AED6,000.00 - AED6,500.00 per month
