Job Summary
Precision Hire Solution is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our office operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reception and Administration:
- Welcoming guests and visitors, directing them to the appropriate person or office.
- Managing incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail and deliveries.
- Maintaining the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable.
- Purchasing and Logistics:
- Coordinating with suppliers and vendors for purchases and deliveries.
- Managing inventory and stock levels.
- Assisting with travel arrangements, including flight bookings and hotel reservations.
- Facilities and Maintenance:
- Coordinating with facility maintenance for repairs, pest control, and cleaning services.
- Monitoring office facilities, including stationery and equipment.
- Administrative Support:
- Providing administrative support to the team, including data entry and document preparation.
- Assisting with meeting room setup and catering arrangements.
- Quality and Safety:
- Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality management systems.
- Monitoring and maintaining a safe working environment.
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Receptionist and Admin.
- 2 years of experience in a related field.
- College Graduate.
- Logistics experience.
- Knowledge in JDE ERP is an advantage.
- Knowledge in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other MS Office software.
- Good business English and Microsoft command.
