We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Desk Agent to join our team at The Ritz-Carlton Ras Al Khaimah Al Wadi Desert. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring a smooth and memorable experience during their stay.
Key Responsibilities- Guest Service: Greet and welcome guests, respond to their inquiries, and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Front Desk Operations: Manage the front desk area, including checking guests in and out, handling room assignments, and processing payments.
- Communication: Maintain effective communication with guests, colleagues, and management to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Problem-Solving: Anticipate and resolve guest complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in handling cash and credit transactions.
