As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their luggage is handled efficiently and securely, and resolving any issues that may arise during their stay.
Key Responsibilities- Luggage Handling and Security
Ensure the prompt and efficient handling of all guest luggage on arrival, during stay, and departure, as well as ensure safety and security of guest luggage.
Baggage Claim and ParkingAssure that every luggage is covered with a baggage claim tag and park guests and visitors' vehicles in the designated hotel parking area.
Guest Complaints and RequestsResolve guests' complaints/requests and liaise with the department concerned to ensure immediate follow-up.
Guest Room Key Cards and SecurityHandle issuance of guest room key cards and ensure effective control for guest security.
Reporting and AwarenessReport any unusual occurrences or requests to the Concierge desk and be aware of the hotel accident Prevention Policies.
Concierge Desk MaintenanceResponsible for the efficient, clean, safe, and hygienic maintenance of the Concierge Desk area.
RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and have a strong attention to detail.
