About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at 4050 DEVELOPMENT LLC. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for generating partnerships for our personal brand, specifically through Podcast and YouTube in the United States.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a strategic plan to increase our reach across all social media channels in the U.S. market.
  • Negotiate short- and long-term partnerships and alliances, including their terms and conditions.
  • Act as the main point of contact for all matters related to external partnerships in the U.S. market.
  • Monitor and identify potential risks as well as opportunities for our company in the U.S. market.
  • Contribute ideas, develop strategic concepts, present them to the C-level, and implement them.
Requirements
  • Proven success in acquiring cooperation partners in the social media/podcast sector.
  • Strong knowledge of the coaching market and legal conditions in the U.S.
  • Excellent communication skills in both German and English.
