Key Responsibilities:

1. Financial Reporting:
Prepare and evaluate financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements. Guarantee precise and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.

2. Budgeting and Forecasting:
Collaborate with project leaders and cost controllers to establish and monitor project budgets. Provide financial insights and forecasts to aid in decision-making.

3. Project Accounting:
Manage project-specific accounting by tracking costs, revenues, and profit margins. Work alongside project teams to ensure accurate job costing.

4. General Ledger Management:
Maintain the general ledger and chart of accounts. Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies. Conduct bank reconciliations and manage banking facilities, including knowledge of import and export letters of credit, guarantees, and bill discounting.

5. Compliance and Audit:
Ensure compliance with applicable industry regulations and accounting standards. Assist with external audits and provide necessary documentation. Possess comprehensive knowledge of VAT and corporate taxation.

6. Financial Analysis:
Perform financial analyses to identify cost-saving opportunities and areas for enhancement. Offer recommendations to management based on financial data.

7. Team Leadership:
Supervise and mentor junior accounting personnel. Promote a collaborative and supportive team environment.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (Master's or CPA preferred). Minimum of 7 years of experience in accounting or finance roles, particularly within the construction and manufacturing sectors. Proficient in accounting software (ERP) and Microsoft Excel. Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy. Familiarity with construction-specific accounting and project management software is advantageous.
