Digital Marketing and Web Development Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced creative and skilled Digital Marketing Manager and Web Designer and Developer to join our dynamic team in the United Arab Emirates.
The ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of design and development skills enabling them to create user-friendly and visually appealing websites. They will also be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our digital marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, drive traffic, and generate leads.
This role offers the opportunity to work on a variety of exciting projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to the overall digital strategy of the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Design and develop responsive and visually appealing websites using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other web technologies.
- Create graphic designs, web content, and projects to create cohesive and engaging web experiences.
- Ensure that websites are optimized for performance, accessibility, and SEO best practices.
- Implement and maintain content management systems (CMS) to enable easy updates and management of website content.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions and improve user experience.
- Stay updated with the latest web design trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously enhance skills and knowledge.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to website functionality, performance, and design.
- Create and maintain documentation related to web development processes, coding standards, and design guidelines.
- Assist in the integration of third-party services and APIs to enhance website functionality.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute ideas for new features and improvements to existing websites.
- Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across various online channels, including social media, email, SEO, PPC, and content marketing.
- Analyze and report on campaign performance using data-driven insights to optimize strategies and improve ROI.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to create engaging content that resonates with our target audience and aligns with our brand voice.
- Manage the company's website and optimize it for search engines to drive organic traffic and improve rankings.
- Oversee social media strategy, including content creation, scheduling, and community management to increase engagement and brand loyalty.
- Develop and manage budgets for digital marketing initiatives, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to financial targets.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing, incorporating new tools and techniques to enhance our strategies.
- Execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and maintain customer relationships, measuring effectiveness through KPIs.
- Collaborate with external agencies, influencers, and vendors as needed to enhance digital marketing efforts and achieve business objectives.
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities for growth and understand competitive landscape.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Web Design, Web Development, Computer Science, or a related field; Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree or relevant certifications is a plus.
- Proven experience (minimum of 3 years of experience) as a Web Designer and Developer and in Digital Marketing roles with a proven track record of successful campaign management and with a strong portfolio showcasing previous work and built websites.
- Proficiency in frontend technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks such as Bootstrap or Tailwind CSS.
- Experience with backend technologies, such as PHP, Node.js, or similar technologies, is a plus.
- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS), such as WordPress, Joomla, or Drupal.
- Solid understanding of responsive design principles and best practices for mobile-first development.
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating clean and elegant designs.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, tools, and best practices, including SEO, PPC, social media, content marketing, and analytics.
- Proficient with marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and web analytics platforms, such as Google Analytics.
- Good knowledge of local and international vendors, platforms, like Amazon, Shopify, NOON, Walmart, etc.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Strong analytical skills, with a data-driven approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
- Creative thinker who can generate innovative marketing ideas and strategies to engage target audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience working collaboratively in a team-oriented environment, with the ability to influence and motivate others.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is a distinct advantage.
