**Financial Manager**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Financial Planning and Analysis**:

- Develop and manage annual budgets and financial forecasts.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Prepare financial reports and presentations for executive management.
- Provide financial advice and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
- **Financial Reporting**:

- Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements.
- Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations.
- Monitor and analyze financial performance against key metrics.
- **Risk Management**:

- Identify and assess financial risks.
- Implement strategies to mitigate risks and protect the organization's financial position.
- **Cash Flow Management**:

- Optimize cash flow to ensure adequate liquidity.
- Manage accounts receivable and payable.
- **Tax Compliance**:

- Ensure compliance with local, national, and international tax laws and regulations.
- Prepare and file tax returns.
- Advise on tax planning strategies to minimize tax liabilities.
- **Team Leadership**:

- Lead and manage a team of finance professionals.
- Provide guidance, training, and development opportunities.
- **Financial Systems**:

- Implement and maintain financial systems and processes.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging technologies.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in financial management, including tax compliance experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in financial software and tools.
- A proven track record of success in a similar role.

**Desired Skills**:

- MBA or CPA certification.
- Experience in food and beverage industry
- Knowledge of financial modelling and forecasting techniques.
- Experience with tax software and systems.
- Strong understanding of tax laws and regulations.
