We are currently seeking an experienced and dynamic CFO.As the CFO, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the financial strategy and driving the company's growth in a rapidly evolving market. This is an exceptional opportunity to contribute your expertise and leadership skills in a highly reputable organization.

**The Role**
- Oversee the financial operations of the company, providing strategic guidance and ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Lead the financial planning and analysis process, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with board members, and external partners.
- Drive financial risk management and implement effective controls to safeguard company assets.
- Provide insightful financial analysis, performance reporting, and recommendations to support key decision-making processes.
- Collaborate closely with executive leadership, offering financial insights and recommendations to drive profitability and sustainable growth.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, regulations, and market conditions to proactively identify opportunities and mitigate potential risks.
- Manage and mentor a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous development
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. CPA designation preferred.
- Must have proven track record as a CFO or in a senior financial leadership role.
- Strong understanding of financial instruments, and relevant regulatory frameworks.
- Exceptional financial acumen and analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Demonstrated strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities, with a focus on driving innovation and efficiency.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships.
- Experience in managing financial operations in a global organization is highly desirable.

**Salary**: AED14,000.00 - AED16,000.00 per month
