Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Web Design, Web Development, Computer Science, or a related field; Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree or relevant certifications is a plus.
  • Proven experience (minimum of 3 years of experience) as a Web Designer and Developer and in Digital Marketing roles with a proven track record of successful campaign management and with a strong portfolio showcasing previous work and built websites.
  • Proficiency in frontend technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks such as Bootstrap or Tailwind CSS.
  • Experience with backend technologies, such as PHP, Node.js, or similar technologies, is a plus.
  • Familiarity with content management systems (CMS), such as WordPress, Joomla, or Drupal.
  • Solid understanding of responsive design principles and best practices for mobile-first development.
  • Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating clean and elegant designs.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, tools, and best practices, including SEO, PPC, social media, content marketing, and analytics.
  • Proficient with marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and web analytics platforms, such as Google Analytics.
  • Good knowledge of local and international vendors, platforms, like Amazon, Shopify, NOON, Walmart, etc.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively.
  • Strong analytical skills, with a data-driven approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
  • Creative thinker who can generate innovative marketing ideas and strategies to engage target audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience working collaboratively in a team-oriented environment, with the ability to influence and motivate others.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is a distinct advantage.
