Stay up-to-date with regulatory changes and industry best practices, and incorporate them into the company's quality assurance processes.

Team Leadership:Lead, mentor, and motivate the quality assurance team to ensure their professional growth and optimize their performance.
Set clear goals and objectives for the team, and regularly assess their progress.

Supplier and Vendor Quality Management:Collaborate with procurement and supply chain teams to establish quality requirements for suppliers and vendors.
Conduct audits and assessments of suppliers to ensure they meet the company's quality standards.

Continuous Improvement:Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the overall quality and efficiency of the production and distribution processes.
Promote a culture of quality consciousness throughout the organization.

Customer Feedback and Complaints:Monitor and respond to customer feedback and complaints related to product quality.
Investigate the root cause of customer complaints and implement corrective and preventive actions.

Documentation and Reporting:Maintain comprehensive documentation of quality assurance processes, test results, and compliance records.
Generate regular reports for management, highlighting quality metrics and improvement initiatives.
