Local Business Expansion Specialist

This role is focused on spearheading Bybit's expansion in the local market by identifying and securing key partnerships with local payment processors, brands, and merchants. The successful candidate will be responsible for exploring, acquiring, and maintaining local resources while driving strategic partnerships that enhance our payment ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:- Bybit Pay Partnerships: Identify and onboard local payment processors, brands, and merchants to expand the Bybit Pay ecosystem.
- Strategic Partnerships: Establish partnerships with local businesses and service providers to increase adoption and visibility of Bybit Pay.
- Event Support: Support online and offline events that promote Bybit Pay and increase local brand visibility.
- Integration and Optimization: Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless integration and performance optimization of payment partners.
- Local Payment Processor Partnerships: Identify and secure partnerships with local fiat payment processors to strengthen fiat on/off-ramp capabilities.
- Competitive Pricing: Focus on acquiring competitive and cost-efficient local payment partners.
- Technical Integration: Work closely with technical teams to support integration of new payment channels.
- Crypto Experience: Proven experience in business development, payments, fintech, or crypto-related industries, with at least 1 year of crypto experience preferred.
- Local Network: Strong network in local payment ecosystems, including payment processors, merchants, and financial institutions.
- Merchant Acquisition: Experience in merchant acquisition and relationship management, especially in P2P and payment services.
- Crypto Knowledge: Understanding of crypto payments, fiat gateways, and P2P trading platforms.
- Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, and partnership management skills.
- Team Collaboration: Experience working with cross-functional teams, including technical integration teams.
- Linguistic Skills: Fluent in local languages and English.
