About the Job

This role involves providing IBs with regular reports on their performance and referred clients, along with actionable insights to help them maximize their business.

  1. Develop and implement engagement initiatives, such as trading contests, referral programs, and promotional campaigns, to drive higher client activity through IBs.
  2. Maintain regular communication with IBs, sharing performance insights, providing updates on company products or promotions, and offering personalized incentives.
  3. Work with IBs to develop strategies for maintaining and growing the number of referred clients, as well as the value of deposits and trading volume.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales, Partnership and/or Business Development position in a financial services company.
  • Deep understanding of the Forex market, trading platforms, and IB structures.
  • Excellent knowledge of the English Language both written and oral & Fluent Indian speaker.
  • Experience using partner management platforms or CRM tools to track performance and manage relationships.
  • Computer literate, good capacity of Microsoft Office applications.
