Key Responsibilities:

As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing a warm and welcoming experience. Your primary duties will include:

  • Greeting and Thanking Guests: Greet and thank guests in a sincere and friendly manner, setting the tone for their stay.
  • Check-In and Check-Out: Efficiently check guests in and out, ensuring a smooth and seamless process.
  • Account Management: Post charges to guest accounts accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Anticipating Guest Needs: Anticipate and address guests' needs, resolving any issues or complaints promptly.
  • Assisting Guests with Disabilities: Provide assistance to guests with disabilities, ensuring their stay is comfortable and enjoyable.
  • Switchboard Operations: Operate the switchboard and assist with inquiries, providing excellent communication skills.
  • Reservations Support: Assist the reservations manager with taking reservations, ensuring accurate and efficient processing.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with internal departments to ensure guest satisfaction, maintaining open and effective communication.
  • Adherence to Company Policies: Comply with company procedures and safety policies, upholding the highest standards of service.
  • Daily Checklist: Perform duties on a daily checklist, ensuring all tasks are completed to a high standard.
