The Senior Manager - Channel Partners & Alliances will play a pivotal role in establishing and managing the partner ecosystem for MicroStrategy in the Middle East and Africa region.

This autonomous role involves fostering relationships with partners, designing activities to enhance these relationships, and managing joint sell and go-to-market efforts. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities through partnerships, tracking pipeline and bookings, and providing forecasts and funnel management reports.

Additional responsibilities include facilitating co-selling opportunities, account mapping, and sales engagements between MicroStrategy's field sales and partner sales teams. The individual will also create and publish joint sales and marketing assets, provide content for partner training curriculum, and support channel activity coordination.

Key qualifications for this role include 5+ years of experience in sales leadership, extensive channel experience, and a proven track record of working independently and with cross-functional teams. Strong relationship and sales skills are essential, as is the ability to develop and manage strategic plans, anticipate market changes, and excel in a team environment.
