Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Assistant Guest Relations Manager to join our team at Mövenpick Resort Al Marjan Island. As a key member of our Guest Services team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service and have a memorable stay with us.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Services Operations: Ensure the efficient operation of Guest Services, including managing guest complaints and incidents, and providing solutions to resolve issues.
  • Team Management: Supervise and motivate the Guest Services team to deliver exceptional service and meet performance targets.
  • Upselling and Revenue Growth: Manage and motivate the team to upsell and ensure that rates are in line with company instructions.
  • Guest Relationships: Develop high-quality relationships with guests throughout their stay, to encourage loyalty and repeat business.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum of two years' experience in a similar role in a 5-star luxury hotel.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or equivalent.
  • Skills: Knowledge of MS Office and Opera system, ability to speak other languages (preferably Russian), strong verbal and written communication skills, and pride in personal presentation.
  • Leadership and Interpersonal Skills: Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work under pressure, multitask, and think on your feet to quickly resolve issues.
