Sales Development Specialist

About the Role:
- Job Summary: Develop and execute strategies to acquire new HORECA clients and grow existing relationships.
- Key Responsibilities: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, manage the sales cycle, and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Success Metrics: Meet or exceed sales targets, expand revenue and market share within the HORECA sector.
Requirements:
- Experience: Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably within the HORECA sector or the fresh produce industry.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
- Ability to understand client requirements and offer customized solutions.
- Self-driven, goal-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple clients and priorities.
