Client Account Officer Customer Service Retentions - Key Responsibilities

As a Client Account Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and retention strategies to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Key Areas of Responsibilities:

  1. Provide expert advice and guidance to customers on KCC Engineering And Contracting Company's products and services.
  2. Communicate effectively with customers through various channels, including face-to-face interactions, to resolve their queries and concerns.
  3. Investigate and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner, working closely with the Team Leader.
  4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and correspondence.
  5. Stay up-to-date with the company's products, promotions, and services to provide informed solutions to customers.
  6. Collect payments from clients for meal plans and manage the money collection schedule.
  7. Coordinate with Nutritionists to schedule client appointments and ensure seamless service delivery.
  8. Collaborate with Nutrition Officers and the in-house Nutritionist to create accurate meal plans that meet customer needs.
