We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our leadership team as a Director of Sales and Marketing at The First Group's pre-opening of the tallest hotel in Dubai Marina.

About the Opportunity

This is a unique chance for a sales expert to drive revenue growth, lead a high-performing sales team, and establish the hotel as a market leader in luxury hospitality.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop a comprehensive sales strategy that includes group, transient, and corporate business.
  • Lead the sales team to achieve revenue targets and exceed customer expectations.
  • Collaborate with the revenue management team to develop pricing strategies that maximize hotel occupancy and profitability.
  • Represent the brand in key international industry events.
Key Performance Indicators
  • Drive top-line revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives.
  • Exceed revenue targets by implementing creative sales solutions.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of local and international markets.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance, including campaign effectiveness and booking trends.
Desired Skills and Expertise
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 8-10 years of experience in hotel sales, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven experience in hotel pre-openings and managing sales teams to exceed revenue targets.
  • Strong knowledge of local and international markets.
