The Position

As an Account Executive, you will oversee daily account operations and provide support to senior team members. Regular interaction with clients will be a key part of your role, offering strategic advice on effective implementation. You may also have the opportunity to lead specific accounts within the team, gaining valuable experience with prestigious brands.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Drafting proposals, evaluating content, and performing research.
  • Managing client accounts, which includes facilitating client and internal meetings.
  • Tracking, reporting, and analyzing account performance.
  • Overseeing medium to large-scale projects across account programs, including managing suppliers.
  • Advising clients on practical implementation and daily interactions.
  • Assisting in the development and preparation of new business proposals and presentations.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Ideally, a background in public relations with experience in the retail sector.
  • Previous experience in client-facing roles, providing actionable advice.
  • Strong relationships with media outlets in the UAE, particularly in English.
  • Excellent project management skills.
  • Effective time management abilities and a proven track record of working under pressure while managing multiple accounts.
  • Experience mentoring junior team members.
  • Strong communication skills, including negotiation and collaboration.
  • Proficient in content creation, with expertise in drafting materials such as press releases, media alerts, and articles.
