In this role, you will oversee and manage the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) aspects of facilities. You will work closely with clients to understand their specific needs and develop plans that meet their MEP requirements.
Key Responsibilities- MEP Design and Planning: Develop and implement MEP designs, reports, and correspondence to ensure efficient and safe facility operation.
- MEP Maintenance and Repair: Coordinate MEP maintenance work, repair, and preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and ensure optimal facility performance.
- Emergency Response: Respond to emergency MEP repair requests in a timely and safe manner, keeping clients informed of progress and taking corrective action to prevent future incidents.
- MEP Engineering Studies: Formulate the basis for MEP engineering studies, providing rationale and MEP requirement forecasts to inform decision-making.
- Project Management: Bring all elements of an MEP project together, ensuring timely completion and initiating corrective action as needed.

- Regulatory Compliance: Review MEP designs and plans to ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
- Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with other engineering disciplines to ensure comprehensive MEP integration and liaise with clients, suppliers, and contractors to ensure project success.
- Technical Support: Provide technical support and guidance to MEP technicians and other team members.
- Industry Knowledge: Stay updated with the latest advancements and best practices in MEP engineering, with a strong understanding of Saudi Arabian MEP codes and standards.
