We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facilities Management Director to join our team at CHALHOUB Group. The successful candidate will be responsible for formulating and communicating performance objectives, monitoring progress, and ensuring alignment with group strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive facilities management strategy to ensure efficient and effective operations.
  • Manage and lead a team of facilities professionals to deliver high-quality services and support.
  • Review and approve service agreements, including scope of work, SLAs, and commercial assessments.
  • Liaise with sustainability and HSSE teams to ensure compliance with group policies and international standards.
  • Monitor and analyze asset management reports and data to inform decision-making.
  • Provide dashboards and KPI monitoring tools to measure technical performance and customer service.
  • Build and manage budgets and control expenditures to ensure financial sustainability.
  • Prepare regular reports to provide insights and align with management targets.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar facilities management role.
  • fmp or cfm certification is a plus.
  • High leadership and communication skills.
  • Strong contract administration and negotiation skills.
  • Financial knowledge to build, monitor, and control budgets and P&L.
  • Familiarity with project management and FM consultancy.
