  • Demonstrate flexibility in adapting to scheduled and unscheduled shifts to meet service level and abandonment rate targets.
  • Maintain self-discipline, adherence to policies, and procedures at all times.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma is a minimum requirement.
  • 0-2 years of relevant experience in the banking sector are preferred.
Key Qualifications:
  • Customer Service, Product Knowledge, Quality Focus, Problem Solving, Documentation Skills, Listening, Phone Skills.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic are essential.
