The Role

We're seeking an experienced Software Sales Executive to drive impactful results in delivering digital transformation solutions to companies across various industries. As an Account Executive with Builder, you'll work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategies that meet the evolving needs of our clients.

  • You will be responsible for managing complex sales cycles, presenting to C-level executives and business leads, and identifying new opportunities to grow your territory.
  • Develop your territory plan and 4X pipeline to fuel ongoing growth, ensuring you exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas.
  • Evaluate customer needs, aligning technology solutions with complex business problems, and utilizing strategic thinking skills to solve customer challenges.
  • Negotiate pricing and contractual terms as required to close the sale.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of software sales experience in managing complex sales cycles, preferably within SaaS or no-code/low-code applications.
  • Strong ability to align technology solutions to complex business problems and utilize strategic thinking skills to solve customer challenges.
  • Track record of consistent over-achievement of quotas and revenue goals, with the ability to effectively identify and sell to senior executives within target accounts.
  • Passion for building long-lasting customer relationships and working collaboratively within a diverse team to deliver outstanding results.
  • Technologically adept with excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work individually and as part of a fast-paced team in a continuously evolving environment.
  • Bachelor's degree (sales training methodologies a plus).
  • Ability to travel when required.
