Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Guest Services Executive to join our team at Jumeirah Emirates Towers. As a key member of our Guest Services team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their stay with us is memorable and enjoyable.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Guest Check-in/Check-out Assistance: Provide efficient and courteous check-in and check-out services to our guests, ensuring a smooth and seamless experience.
  • Pre-Registration and Extended Stay Requests: Assist with pre-registration activities and extended stay requests, ensuring all necessary arrangements are made to meet our guests' needs.
  • Group Bookings and Check-in/Check-out: Manage group bookings and check-in/check-out procedures, adhering to standard protocols and ensuring all guests receive a warm and personalized welcome.
  • Phone and In-Person Guest Interactions: Courteously answer all incoming phone calls and interact with guests in person, providing accurate and professional information about our facilities, products, and services.
  • Payment Processing: Manage payments via cash, credit, or debit cards, ensuring all transactions are processed efficiently and accurately.
  • Guest Feedback and Complaints: Promptly attend to all guest complaints and feedback, ensuring all issues are resolved to the guest's satisfaction.
  • Departmental Policies and Procedures: Ensure adherence to departmental policies, processes, and standard operating procedures, maintaining the highest standards of service delivery and quality.
  • Guest Needs Identification and Anticipation: Identify and anticipate guests' needs, providing proactive and personalized service to exceed their expectations.
  • Guest Privacy and Confidentiality: Maintain the privacy and confidentiality of all guests, ensuring their personal details are not disclosed to anyone.
  • Operational Tasks: Check and action traces in Opera on arrival and departure, setting traces sensibly at all times, and ensuring all guests are promptly allotted their assigned rooms.
  • Cash Float Management: Handle and maintain the cash float, taking full responsibility for it and ensuring it is always balanced.
