About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales & Business Development: Conduct in-depth discovery calls and meetings to understand client needs and present tailored software solutions.
  • Client Relationship Management: Ensure a client-first approach by understanding business challenges and aligning solutions accordingly.
  • Market & Product Knowledge: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and evolving customer needs.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Sales & Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum of 2 years of successful sales experience in software or technology solutions.
  • Proven ability to manage the complete sales cycle, from prospecting to closing.
  • Experience using CRM systems to track sales activities and manage pipelines.
  • Sales-driven with a track record of exceeding targets.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Fluency in Arabic is required.
  • Openness to travel up to 50% of the time within GCC.
