Responsibilities:

1. Generate delegate sales revenue in line with agreed targets & objectives.
2. Work with assistant sales manager to ensure agreed KPIs are met on a consistent basis.
3. Ensure that goals and targets are met.
4. Identify telesales and delegate sales potential market growth opportunities.
5. Responsible for delegate profiling for each event selling (Identifies job titles relevant to each event selling).
6. Help to build rapport with existing and new clientele database.
7. Work closely with Producers, Marketing, and Sponsorship team working on the same events to ensure targets are met.

Minimum Requirements:

1. Experience in conference sales, business to business sales, media sales, ad sales, intangible sales, consultative selling, publishing, trade show sales, interactive media sales, and/or event sales preferred.
2. Strong phone-based presentation skills.
3. Positive attitude.
4. Confident contract negotiator able to work with senior level executives.
5. Minimum of 1 year of Delegate Sales experience preferably in the conference industry.
6. Ability to work independently and be self-driven.
7. Excel at managing multiple tasks at one time and perform in a high energy, fast-paced environment.
8. General administrative functions.
